I was born early morning on Sunday, December 15, 29 years ago in Haiti. My parents named me Dante Kensly Emmanuel Richardson. It is a mouthful, I would agree with you but, I can hardly be mistaken for another person. I was the last to be welcomed in the house since my elderly brother (Ralph Hansen Samuel Richardson) and sister (Fède Anne Diely Richardson, RN) preceded me. We enjoyed some precious time together until my elderly brother left us in 2010. At this point, it is good to say that I indeed come from a heterosexual union of Ferol Richardson, Pastor, and Anélia Metayer, LPN. Mother sadly left us even before my brother in 2003. Father remarried shortly to Marie-Claude, RN born Valcourt after to restore the family unit.

The years of classical studies passed by so fast. I started my college years in Haiti. Unfortunately, the earthquake in 2010 led me to further my studies in Mexico.

My period of studies in Mexico was advantageous. Getting immersed in a new culture and language was an exciting experience. While a Student there we participated in various ministry opportunities such as evangelistic meetings and church planting activities. There, I made friends for life, among them: Gustavo De la Cruz, Daniel Tapia, Huber Roblero, Gerzom Escobedo, mi nephesh, Oseas Escobedo, mi nepheshito etc…

After graduation, I moved to Berrien Springs, MI to further my studies in theology where I did a Master's in Divinity. I was exposed to various ministry opportunities as well while working attending Andrews. I served under Past Ernst at First Haitian American SDA group in Berrien Springs in different capacities. I made friends and connections for life such as Joshua Larivaux, and Ana Filpo to name a few. I studied a semester abroad in the Philippines. There, I met and solidify relationships with the likes of Dr. Francois Watland and Dr. Eugene Ekoto.

In Michigan, I met my better half, Mrs. Vitaliya Kuchmel, while working at the school cafeteria. I thank God for her support and the value and meaning she adds to my life daily. We have no children, yet, we are planning to build a beautiful family full of noise and laughter soon.

I enjoy soccer. I am a staunch Real Madrid fan and Brazil. I like to bike and listen to Hans Zimmer's masterpieces.

At present, I have the pleasure of serving the district of: Beracah First Haitian SDA church in Bradenton, FL, and Ephraim Haitian SDA church in Sarasota, FL. My ultimate professional goal becoming an influential member of the administration of my alma mater UNAH. My life goal is to be among the saved (my family and I) when Christ shall appear.

What you have read so far is perhaps not impressive, that is because Dante is not. but, I am confident of this, that the one who began a good work in me will bring it to completion by the day of Jesus Christ.
